God Is Here

God is here. The most comforting thought for a Believer.  God is there with you now. He is never far from you. Open your heart to Him and let Him comfort, strengthen and settle your anxious mind.

God Was There

and the name of the city from that day shall be: THE LORD IS THERE.  Ezekiel 48:35

God was closer than ever to His people during Chag Matzoh, The Feast of Unleavened Bread, the first seven days after the Exodus, during the 50 days leading to Shavuot, the Giving of the Torah, and on throughout their 40 year Journey to the Promised Land, and beyond. He was never far from them, not even for a minute. God watched over His people with love and care, guiding, providing and protecting them every step of the way. God was there with His people.

Jesus Was There

Jesus was with His disciples over the course of the 40 days after His Resurrection, before His Ascension to the Father in Heaven. His close, powerful Shekinah Presence comforted their broken hearts when they realized death was not the end. Jesus being there with them strengthened them for the work ahead. Jesus was there all those days with His own and He loved them even to the end.

Now before the Feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come that He should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.  John 13:1

God Is Here

God gave Ezekiel a most glorious vision of the City of God. God revealed to him the exact layout and measurements of His city. And then He told Ezekiel to record for future generations the name of His City:

THE LORD IS THERE. (Ezekiel 48:35)

The Lord is there, or the Lord is present. God is here with us on earth. God had always been here. He has not made plans to leave us or abandon us.

Even though at times you may feel all alone, you are never alone. God is with you even now.

God is here. His Holy Presence is with you. Holy Spirit lives in you. Just call on Him wherever you are or whatever you are going through. Draw strength, wisdom, power, love, peace and joy from Him. The Lord is among us. He is here. There is always hope.
